It's almost here, it's almost here!  Fall is in the air, and I can't wait.  The mornings and evenings are cool, and Target has me wanting to buy everything "pumpkin" in sight!  I love this time of year so much, nothing better than a yummy fall candle or a whole loaf of pumpkin bread cooking in the oven.

Now for the best of all...THE CLOTHES!  Nothing makes me more giddy than pulling out my boots and sweaters.  Now transitioning into fall can be difficult, especially in Las Vegas when it's still 90 outside in the afternoon, yet  you want that cozy fall look none the less.  Here is how I have made this work for me.

  • Add a lightweight sweater or perhaps even a 3/4 sweater to give the illusion of warmth.
  • Anything wool says fall/winter, I added this wool hat to create my look.
  • I added a lightweight scarf tied around my neck, no it's not keeping me warm, but a scarf none the less. :)
  • A no brainer...pants.  Here I wore wide legged jeans with sandals underneath.  The sandals keep me cool in this 90 degree weather, and you can't see them anyway!

Hope your as excited for fall as we are!
