36 weeks Pregnant
Hey Guys! So Here's just a quick update on my pregnancy! I Went to the Dr. three times this week, tuesday-thurdsay! When I went on Tuesday it was monitoring, and while the twins were being monitored I had three contractions. During one of the contractions Baby B's heart beat dropped, which means she was either tugging on a chord, her little bottom was hitting something, or any other limb for that matter. So they had to have me come again on Wednesday. Usually my monitoring is only 15-20 minutes, but on Wednesday they were having a very hard time staying on both heart beats, so I was there for two hours sitting in a lazy boy, slightly nervous! After two hours the dr. finally said I could head home, that my twiners are just mover and grovers. They didn't have to tell me that though, because they have lived in me and I have felt like the circus was inside me for the past nine months. So yesterday I went to my regular OBGYN, and I am to the point where I am getting checked every time I go there. So I was very anxious to see if anything had progressed from last week. Well the answer is yes, but not nearly as much as I would have liked... I am dilated to a 1 1/2 and 90% effaced. The girls are 5lbs and 7 oz and 5lbs and 6 oz in other words they are completely healthy which is such a blessing to hear, but it does mean I am carrying almost 11 pounds of baby, and let me tell you it is taking a toll on my body. I was pretty much bed ridden yesterday after I had done my lashes, and gone to my Doctor apt. Luckily I have the most wonderful husband and family who have continually helped me nonstop on this crazy journey. Yesterday When I got home from the doctor, my Mom and Mother in law were painting the dresser for the twiners room, my sister in law was watching all the children, my sister went to multiple stores to look for decor for the new room, my husband has waited on me hand and foot and taken care of our daughter like a champ, my dad has helped with multiple projects around my house and the list goes on and on for all the help I have received during this time! I will never be able to repay these amazing people I have in my life, but I hope that once I get my strength back that I can one day pay it forward! It has been one of the hardest things to let people serve me as I sit and watch, but also one of the greatest blessings! We are so excited to meet these twiners and so thankful that they have remained in for now over 36 weeks and they are very healthy! Hope you all have a fabulous weekend, I will just be over here sitting and waiting! XoXo JayCee [show_shopthepost_widget id="2307264"]
